We provide mushroom spores strictly for microscopy and taxonomy research purposes. The images on our site are for educational reference only and are sourced from cultivators and laboratories outside of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, the USA, and the UK.

While the purchase of spores from the Psilocybe and Panaeolus genera may be legal in certain regions, the cultivation of any magic mushrooms containing psilocybin or psilocin is illegal in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, and the UK. In the USA, while the purchase of spores is legal in many states, it is prohibited in California, Georgia, and Idaho. Any communication that suggests intent to cultivate or harvest these species will result in the immediate cancellation and refund of your order. Additionally, future purchases from Sporezilla will be restricted.

(b) whether or not delivery is acknowledged or otherwise accepted by you or on your behalf at the relevant time.

Mycelium cultures, spawn, and other mycelium products are living organisms and are treated as such by Biosecurity and Customs. They will be treated similarly to plant seeds by customs officials and Agricultural Departments. It is your responsibility to be informed about any possible import restrictions or biosecurity restrictions when ordering mycelium products from SPOREZILLA.

Depending on your jurisdiction, supporting documents may be required along with your import or purchase. If you require any documentation, please contact us prior to placing your order.

The customer is responsible for any inspection, destruction, or biosecurity charges incurred during importation.
