Do you give refunds?
We refund - but don't take the piss . . .

Our policy is to reship orders after 21 working days. If you prefer a full refund, the package must be returned. For unreturned items, including those lost in transit or those you are unsatisfied with, a 50% fee will be deducted. Please note, shipping fees are non-refundable—refer to the shipping information page for details.
"I placed an order but have changed my mind, can I cancel and get a refund?"
Yes, but a 10% processing fee will be applied.
"I’ve inoculated a grow bag, but there’s no growth. Can I get a refund?"
No, please review the FAQ for more details.
In some cases, we may request photographic evidence for replacement orders.
We do not offer refunds or reships for orders beyond 30 days, and shipping fees are not refunded if the package was dispatched and lost. If we reship your order, you will need to cover the shipping cost.
